Welcome to A2Z Capitan Food Delivery App! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the platform as a registered rider. By signing up and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- You must have a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance as required by law.
- You must own or have access to a vehicle in good condition to fulfill delivery orders.
2. Registration and Account Management
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
- Notify A2Z Capitan immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Responsibilities as a Rider
- Deliver orders promptly and in good condition.
- Follow traffic rules and maintain professionalism with customers, merchants, and the A2Z Capitan team.
- Use the A2Z Capitan app solely for its intended purpose.
- Ensure your vehicle meets safety standards and is adequately maintained.
4. Earnings and Payments
- Riders will be compensated based on the delivery fee structure outlined in the app.
- Payments will be made weekly or monthly to the bank account or wallet linked to your profile.
- Any applicable taxes or deductions as per local laws will be your responsibility.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Riders are strictly prohibited from:
- Misrepresenting delivery status or tampering with orders.
- Engaging in illegal or unethical activities while on duty.
- Sharing confidential customer information.
- Using the app in a way that disrupts its operation or compromises security.
6. Use of the Platform
- Riders must use the A2Z Capitan app to accept and track orders.
- Location services must remain enabled during active deliveries.
- Riders must promptly report technical issues to support for resolution.
7. Termination of Services
- A2Z Capitan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these terms.
- Riders may voluntarily terminate their accounts by providing written notice.
- Outstanding payments will be settled following account termination.
8. Liability
- A2Z Capitan is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by riders during deliveries.
- Riders must ensure they are covered by personal accident or vehicle insurance.
- The app and its services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold A2Z Capitan harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your breach of these terms.
- Your actions or omissions during deliveries.
10. Amendments
- A2Z Capitan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the app.
- Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
